STORY BEHIND THE ARTWORK
Drawing from a photograph Susannah took in Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, London. Her tonal pencil drawing was digitally printed onto cotton/silk fabric. Using a combination of silky, matt and metallic fine machine embroidery threads, she has hand-stitched colourful detail and embellished with seed beads.
